When you pay for full service. You get full service. These guys were the best moving team I’m ever worked with. Wouldn’t let me touch anything. Each of the guys looked professional and acted professional. They handled all my items with care. Anything that was damaged which was only a couple things (bound to happen in a move) they brought it to my attention and took responsibility. They even got my stuff there a day early. As an experienced mover (I move a lot for work) no one has ever done a better more caring job. Very impressive Hero Haul. You are my hero’s from my move from Denver to TX. Thank you.

Andrew was incredibly easy to work with. He was able to accomplish what was necessary in record time. This move had to be done expeditiously and there were a lot of moving parts. Everything was handled with care, there was no downtime, and the results are perfect. From the initial consultation to the follow up calls and communication, everything was super smooth with Hero Haul! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with movers but there were no surprise fees and no hidden costs. Day of, the team was on time and did an amazing job. They took great care to protect our home and our belongings and worked with us even when we had a few more items than could fit on the truck. The movers were friendly and turned what could be a stressful day into the best it could be. On the delivery end it was two of the same guys as the load in, which made the day also less stressful. They protected our brand new home and placed everything where it should go. I loved working with Hero Haul and highly recommend them for your long distance move!
