Terms and Conditions for Labor Only Services

 

1. Scope of Services:

– Hero Haul provides labor-only services for tasks such as moving furniture, loading/unloading trucks, and other manual labor tasks as requested by the client.

 

2. Service Agreement:

– By engaging Hero Haul for labor-only services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

3. Service Execution:

– Hero Haul will execute the agreed-upon labor-only services promptly and efficiently, adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.

 

4. Client Responsibilities:

– The client is responsible for providing clear instructions regarding the scope of work and any specific requirements for the labor-only job.

– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the work environment is safe and free from hazards that may pose a risk to Hero Haul’s employees.

 

5. Liability:

– Hero Haul assumes no liability for damages to the client’s property caused by pre-existing conditions, unforeseen obstacles, or acts of nature during the provision of labor-only services.

– The client is responsible for securing any valuable or fragile items before the commencement of services. Hero Haul will not be held liable for damages to such items that are not properly secured or identified.

 

7. Payment Terms:

  – A deposit of 50% is required before labor-only services starts.

– Final Payment for labor-only services is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

– Hero Haul reserves the right to charge additional fees for services not included in the initial estimate inventory or for additional time required to complete the job.

 

8. Termination of Services:

– Hero Haul reserves the right to terminate labor-only services if unsafe conditions are present at the job site or if the client fails to fulfill their obligations.

9. Indemnification:

– The client agrees to indemnify and hold Hero Haul harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions or from the client’s use of Hero Haul’s labor-only services.

 

10. Governing Law:

– These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jefferson County, Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

11. Amendment of Terms:

– Hero Haul reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
